How to create a survey
You can create surveys and then send them to your suppliers. You suppliers' answers will be transferred back to CC5.
Precondition!
All recipients must be created as contract partners with email address under Contracts - Partners.

Go to Surveys and click + Survey.

Do you want to create a survey for the Transparency Act? Select the template in the correct language. You can later add, change or remove any content from the template you don't like.

Do you want to create a survey from scratch? Click Survey without themes & questions. -
Enter some general information about the survey. This information is also partly displayed on the questionnaire's title page:

Enter the Title that shall be displayed on the questionnaire's start page. So, choose a short but precise title such as "Employee satisfaction 2022".

If you want to auto-publish the survey, enter the Publishing date. Alternatively, leave the field open and for manual publishing.

Enter the latest date you want to receive the answers under Response deadline.

Enter the person that shall be Responsible employee for the survey in your company.

Select the Company the survey refers to.

Under Survey introduction, add a text that introduces the recipient to the survey, its intentions and purpose. The text is displayed on the questionnaire's start page.

If you want to provide the recipients with more information, you can add an attachment to the start page.

You can also design the survey by adding a Logo. It will be displayed on top of the start page.

You can now add the various Themes and Questions that shall be included in the questionnaire. Note that all questions are collected under there respective theme - a kind of "heading". For more information, see Question card. You can also find an example for how to create themes and questions under Example: How to create or edit questions.

Click + Recipients and pick all recipients for the survey. Note that all recipients must be added as contract partners in CC5. See Partner card.

Under Invitation email enter a Subject and the body text (Content) for the email that will be sent to the recipients to inform them about this new survey.

Click Save.
The survey is now created and added to the list under Surveys with status Draft. You can now publish and send the survey.
