How to publish and send a survey to recipients

There are to variants for publishing surveys: Automatic and manual publishing. Once published, your recipients will be informed by email about the survey. A link in the email gives access to the questionnaire you created under How to create a survey.

If a date is entered into the field Publishing dateon the Survey card, the survey is published automatically on this date (at night time between 2:00 and 4:00).

Once created, you can publish your surveys.

  1. Open the survey from the list under Surveys.

  2. Click Publish.

The survey is being published (status Published) and sent to all added recipients immediately. l
