Example: How to create or edit questions
A good survey has precise questions that allows recipients to reply accurately and correctly. It is as free as possible to give you insight into the recipients points of view, and it is as strict as necessary so you can use it for reports and statistics.

If you want to review or edit a question, click first the theme name and then the question name.

You will now create questions where the recipient can select one out of many pre-defined answers. We did pick this question type as it is often used and at the same time a little complex - so that you should be able to create any other question type after this short lesson. You can find the complete list of question types under Question card.

Go to Surveys. Find the survey you want to edit in the list or create a new one via + Survey.

Click + Theme and enter General. Under this topic, you want to collect all questions that are generally related to the usage of your website.

Click + Question next to the theme.

Enter the QuestionHow did you learn about our website?

You want that your users must answer the question. So, tick Yes under Required question.

Under Question type, select Radio button. This opens a list where you can enter the various entries in the dropdown list.

Enter Friends or family into the text field of the list.

Click + Add answer to create a second entry to choose from. Enter now Facebook or other social media.

Add a new line and add Internet.

You want to move Internet to the first place. Grab it with your mouse and move it to the first line via Drag&Drop.

Under Text field for complementary description, tick Yes. Enter Please let us now how you found us under Complementary description. This text will be displayed below the question.

In this case, you don't want the user to add a file attachment. Tick No, not allowed under Attach file to the response?
- Click OK.
The question is now created and added to the General theme.
