How to create a new location

Locations with several levels of sub-locations can be created by clicking New location or New to the right of the line for an existing department. Please note that the field Parent location is pre-populated by the latter procedure. The content of the field can be changed as required.

When creating a new location, all the fields with a red star (mandatory fields) must be filled in before the entry can be saved. The Responsible employee field lists the names from the Persons side menu. Read more about persons under People.
