How to follow-up and export answers

If recipients have answered the survey clicked Submit in the questionnaire, their answers are automatically imported back into CC5.

Tip!
The survey widget on the Dashboard tells you how many suppliers have already answered your survey.

  1. Go to Surveys and open the survey you want to check.
    Or click the survey on the Dashboard widget.

  2. Open the Recipients section.

    1. All recipients who have answered are highlighted via a green checkmark (). Click Show responses to view the responses.

    2. All recipients who haven't answered, are highlighted with a red cross (). Click Send reminder to send an automatic reminder email.

If you want to export all answers to Microsoft Excel, click Export responses.

  1. Go to Surveys and open the survey.

  2. Open the Recipients section. Click Show responses next to the related recipient.

  3. Click Download attachments to download the attachments in the survey to your PC.

  4. Click Save attachments to partner to save the attachments to the partner card.

The attachments are now downloaded and/or saved to the partner card.
