How to create a new person
All employees and other persons that are "used" in CC5 (e.g. as Responsible Employee on a contract) must be created. The same applies to notification recipients for events.
The standard method for creating people and users in CC5 is described below.
Note!
There is no requirement that people registered in CC5 also have access to the system. But it can be smart to give e.g. notification recipients at least read access. Read more about assigning user access here.

Go to People.

Click + Add.

Select the correct Template.
Tip! Your regular contact person in can help you create more templates if needed. -
Fill in all mandatory fields and other information. For field description, see the Person card.

Define user access if the person shall have at least read access to CC5. But note that there is no requirement that people registered in CC5 also have access to the system. Read more here.

Click Save.
The person is created.
