Tenancy

The optional module Tenancy ensures that you gain a full overview of all rented and owned property: Contracts, price regulations, state assessments, incoming and outgoing payments. An integrated alert functionality ensure that you will not forget important dates, e.g. for determinations and periodic maintenance. And specific, tenancy-related fields in the payment schedule for e.g. areal, price regulations, rental and parking ensure that everything you need for complete control in place.

This module is integrated with the module Consumer Price Index.
