How to sign a digital signature request

Suppliers or other contract partners who shall sign an agreement with you company, will receive an email. The email contains a predefined text as well as your own message, a link to the documents to be signed and the deadline for signing.

Tip!
You can help your contract partners with a short user guide on how to sign. Simply paste the link to the instruction (to the right) in the message box when you create the signature request. But be careful that you pick the correct instruction as there are minor differences between the providers.

The signature card shows whether recipients have signed or not. Read more here.

Once everyone has signed, all contract partners receive a version of the signed document.
