How to edit a request after sending

Depending on your chosen provider, you have several editing options after sending.

Open the signature card via File - Digital Signature - View.

Click on the dots menu next to the recipient and select Edit email.

Enter the new email and then click Save and send reminder.

The email will be sent immediately to the new email address.

  1. Open Files - Digital Signature - View.

  2. Click Add new recipient.

  3. Add the email address, name and language of the email of the new recipient.

  4. Select the authentication method for the new recipient. Read more about the various variants here.

  5. Click Save and send request.

The document is sent immediately to the new recipient.

  1. Open the signature card via File - Digital Signature - View.

  2. Click on Extend deadline at the bottom of the card.

  3. Select the deadline and confirm by clicking Save.

The signing deadline will be extended. To inform the recipients, click on Send reminder. It is also possible to extend the deadline, even if it has already expired. You can extend with max 4 weeks.

  1. Open Files - Digital Signature - View.

  2. Select the recipient you want to remove.

  3. Click Remove recipient

The recipient is removed and the state icon changes to a grey cross().
