How to create a contract with Assisted Contract Registration
Generally spoken, you can create a contract with Assisted Contract Registration from any PDF-file in Complete Control, be it in the Inbox, in the Document Search or Explorer.

CC5 Inbox (check the Attachment in the email's header): Click and select Create contract.

Drag & drop the PDF from outside of CC5 into the List of contracts.

Files - Document Search or Explorer? Click the kebab menu () next to the PDF-file and select Create contract.

The contract card opens with the PDF already attached. All fields with full hits are also pre-filled. Next to the contract card, you get a preview of the document where any hits/suggestions for automated entries are highlighted. To open any other pages of the document, click the numbered tab.

Open the Suggestions tab. The number on the tab indicates the number of hits/suggestions for fields.
Tip!
- Probability of a correct hit is displayed in percentage behind the entry.
- Suggestions are sorted by field (e.g. Type and Category). -
Tick a value to accept it.

In case of date, click the arrow next to the date to get a preview of the exact place in the document. This shall give you the necessary information to make your decision.
To overtake a value, click the date link and select the type of date.
Once accepted, this will also be displayed on the Suggestion tab. -
People, contract partners, etc. that are already registered in Complete Control can simply be ticked. But in case they have not been registered yet, you can easily do so by simply clicking the blue link. You can thus register correct data and at the same time close "gaps" in your database.

Enter all other missing data. If you are unsure what to enter into certain fields, read the section Contract card.

Click Save.
The contract is now registered with the PDF-file attached.
